Merchant Services Cash Advances is a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 08174104, registered office Lynch Farm, Kensworth, Dunstable, LU6 3QZ. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, contact details and information about your business, including the card turnover, merchant statements and bank statements you choose to send us. We use this to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether and how we can arrange funding for you, and, with your agreement, to introduce your requirement to funders. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract.
Sharing
We share your business and trading information with funders and professional parties only as needed to arrange your funding, and we tell you who we are approaching. We do not sell personal data. Service providers who host this site or our email process data on our instructions.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to arrange the funding and to meet legal and professional obligations, then delete them. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to our processing, by emailing enquiries@merchantservicescashadvances.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
